
Go RVing is driving consumer excitement at this summer’s American Century Championship—a celebrity golf event—in Lake Tahoe from July 11-13.
The tournament is among 10 experiential events Go RVing is participating in this year. Each provides consumers the chance to step inside an RV and visualize their next getaway.
At Lake Tahoe, Go RVing is offering a $200,000 RV to any participating celebrity who scores a hole-in-one on the golf course’s fifth hole. The sponsorship avenue is a new Go RVing opportunity, and the coalition said the move is designed to draw lots of promotion.
The grand prize is a Forest River Dynamax Isata 3 Type C motorhome. The motorhome will be on display during the tournament, which will be televised on NBC, Peacock and Golf Channel.
Go RVing Chief Marketing Officer Karen Redfern said, “Partnering with the American Century Championship is a powerful way to connect with new audiences and show that RVing is an exciting, accessible way to experience the game—and the getaway.”
Athletes such as Stephen Curry, Travis Kelce and Aaron Rodgers are among the celebrity tournament contestants. Go RVing said its presence on the course and screen underscores the industry’s push to put RVing front and center in lifestyle conversations.

- Utah State Fair (Salt Lake City): Sept. 11-Sept. 14.
- Autumnfest (Woonsocket, Rhode Island): Oct. 11-Oct. 13.
