Grand Design RV is rolling out a program to its dealer network. The OEM aims to survey owners about their overall satisfaction with Grand Design products and the dealer network.

The program will survey new owners upon purchase and again six months later. The survey will ask customers to rate their overall satisfaction with their RV purchase.

“Our belief in striving for ‘Customers for Life’ isn’t just an idea, it is one of the major foundations of our company,” Grand Design RV President/CEO Don Clark said. “This new program gives us real data and customer feedback that can be used to measure how we are progressing to make that statement a continuous reality.

“We have been very successful with the RVDA Quality Circle and Trailer Life Reader’s Choice awards and this is another method to get real-time customer feedback,” he said. “We can share all of this information with our production teams and dealer partners so that we can continue to create the absolute best RV camping experience.”
