Keystone RV Releases Ignite SolarFlex Training Courses

Keystone RV Co. launched an RV solar power training series on the company’s Ignite sales training app, available to all authorized Keystone dealer sales personnel.

The SolarFlex training path includes instruction on factory install benefits, owner and dealer support, the advantages of solar for battery tending and lead-acid compared with lithium. The company added two deep-dive courses on SolarFlex 200 and SolarFlex 400i, including the expansion options of those packages. Solarflex 600i-L and 1200i-L courses will be added later in the month.

The Ignite content complements SolarFlex training content created for the parts and service departments. Those trainings can be found on Keystone’s Tech’s Digital Toolbox and Key Express dealer portal.

Josh Miller, sales vice president, said solar power on RVs is a fairly new discussion.

“Our goal is to provide Keystone RV dealers with everything they need to sell, expand and service our new SolarFlex solar power packages with the utmost confidence,” Miller said.

Miller said SolarFlex allows the dealer network to lead industry conversations on solar innovation, benefitting the dealership and Keystone RV owners.

Using the KeyExpress ID, sales personnel can access Ignite training courses, including solar training. Ignite currently has 4,600 sales personnel. They can start earning points and flames to help earn prizes later in the year.
