
KZ RV recently hosted its first KZ University RV Dealer Training Program.
The manufacturer welcomed North American dealership representatives to its campus for an immersive, multi-day program.
The company said KZ University was designed to strengthen product knowledge, enhance customer experience strategies and deepen KZ RV brand understanding.
Throughout the event, attendees participated in comprehensive training sessions covering KZ RV brands, marketing resources, customer experience management, materials and processes. KZ RV said the program featured plant tours and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) demonstrations. KZ RV’s regional sales managers and General Manager Brent Froman highlighted KZ RV’s construction methods and brand philosophy.
“Our dealer partners are the front line of telling the KZ RV difference,” Froman said, “and we see them as an investment, which is why we created the KZ University Sales Training Program.”

Dealers engaged in supplier-led seminars, gaining insights into KZ RV components’ key features and benefits.
The program concluded with a graduation ceremony at Four Winds Casino in South Bend, Indiana. Attendees enjoyed an evening of socializing with the executive and sales teams, dinner, presentation of certificates of completion and branded gifts.
Froman said he hopes to grow the event after this year’s success.
“This was our inaugural Dealer Training Program, and the positive feedback from attendees has been overwhelming,” Froman said. “We have people saying they want to come back next year.
