The Mike Molino RV Learning Center and the Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA) renewed their partnership to provide online video-based training for RV dealership personnel through the Distance Learning Network (DLN).

The DLN represents a convenient and cost-effective way to provide dealership training.

Educational courses offered through the DLN include:

  • Level 1 Training: Cov ers propane, electricity, plumbing, and PDI. This is a foundational course and is a prerequisite to Level 2 Training.
  • Level 2 Training: Covers water heaters, furnaces, ranges/cooktops, refrigerators, air conditioners, generators, brakes, suspension, towing, hydraulics, and RV body.
  • Advanced-Manufacturer Specific Classes – excellent courses to take for RVTI’s Level 2 recertification. (Earn up to 14 CEUs)
  • Service Advisor
  • RV Receptionist Class

The FRVTA education team is updating Level 1 and Level 2 training videos to support the new RV Technical Institute (RVTI) 2020 textbooks. The videos will be completed and published on the website by January.

The DLN program was developed in partnership with the University of South Florida and Florida Gateway College (formerly Lake City Community College) and is managed by a professional staff of educators and industry trainers.
