David Reed has stepped down from the LCI Industries Board of Directors, effective Thursday. Reed spent the past 22 years serving on the company’s board.
Reed held several leadership roles at Ernst & Young LLP over his 26 years with the company. He retired as the senior vice chairman in 2000.
After his retirement, Reed became the president of a privately held family investment management company and has served on the boards of multiple public, venture-backed and private equity-owned companies.
LCI Industries Board Chairman Tracy Graham said the company was incredibly fortunate to have Reed serve.
“His deep financial expertise, thoughtful governance insights and steady leadership have helped shape the company,” Graham said. “On behalf of the entire Board and leadership team, we thank David for his commitment to LCI Industries and wish him the best.”
Reed joined LCI Industries’ board in 2003. He was a member of the Audit Committee, Risk Committee and Strategy, Acquisition, and Capital Deployment Committee.
President and CEO Jason Lippert said, “David’s counsel and support have been invaluable to me personally and to the organization as a whole. His experience, perspective and integrity have guided the company through transformative periods, and his legacy will continue to be felt for years to come. We are truly grateful for his decades of service.”
