Winnebago Industries recognized a Minnesota-based RV dealer as having more Flying W distinctions than any other company in its network.

PleasureLand RV received its 38th consecutive Flying W award, which annually recognizes Winnebago’s top motorhome and towable dealer sites based on customer satisfaction. The dealer accepted the award earlier this month at a ceremony marking PleasureLand’s 50th year as a Winnebago dealer.

Only the top-ranking 33% of the manufacturer’s dealers earn the Flying W distinction. The company determines winners based on owner satisfaction surveys at delivery and after warranty repairs.

“PleasureLand RV has demonstrated time and again a deep understanding of Winnebago vehicles and the unique needs and interests of the customers who buy them,” Winnebago Outdoors President Huw Bower said. “Earning this award 38 years in a row is a testament to the passion and dedication of every employee to provide excellent service.”

The company’s president and CEO, Michael Happe, presented its award to PleasureLand CEO Dan Pearson on June 11.

“It is an honor to receive Winnebago’s prestigious Flying W award,” Pearson said. “Our team prides itself on knowing the products we sell inside and out, and on delivering unparalleled customer service. We have sold Winnebagos for 50 years, and we expect to sell them for at least 50 more.”

Winnebago products are available at PleasureLand locations in Minnesota and South Dakota.
