Go RVing's latest trends report found consumers shopping for RVs online, by phone and at brick-and-mortar stores.

In a recent trends report, Go RVing found omnichannel marketing to be the best way for consumers to shop for RVs. Go RVing said omnichannel experiences are a key differentiator in driving higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Omnichannel marketing is a multi-channel sales approach that delivers consistent brand messaging across channels such as by computer, phone or brick-and-mortar store. The marketing strategy provides consumers with an integrated, seamless and personalized experience.

Go RVing said consumers increasingly expect consistent information to be readily available, and omnichannel marketing strategies deliver this expectation. By implementing omnichannel marketing strategies, Go RVing said companies can stand out to consumers.

According to a Retail Dive study, 78% of consumers said they use two or more channels to browse, research and make purchases. Thirty percent said they use three channels or more.

Go RVing said omnichannel marketing strategies can be implemented by dealers. Once integrated, companies can unify data systems, improve mobile apps and provide consistent brand messaging.
