Overland Expo West Draws Over 28,000

Last weekend’s Overland Expo West event in Flagstaff, Arizona, drew over 28,000 attendees, event organizers said.

Attendees from all 50 states arrived for the show, with 41% of attendees visiting their first Overland Expo.

The event included nearly 425 exhibitors and 309 classes, seminars, activities and more. Together they provided over 369 hours of instruction.

Among the event’s highlights were a charity raffle that raised over $19,000 for the Overland Expo Foundation. A community cleanup event collected 390 pounds of trash.

Top Gear USA host Rutledge Wood made a surprise appearance at the Toyota Game Night event.

Among the new vehicle displays were Dometic’s integrated awning and roof-top tent. Toyota highlighted the 4Runner TRD Off-Road, including special builds by designers such as Westcott Designs. Also on display was the 2023 Jeep Wrangler-Rubicon that American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) built specially for Connie Rodman and Patty Upton’s upcoming Rebelle Rally competition.

Overland Expo’s next event will be June 27-29 at the Deschutes County Expo Center in Redmond, Oregon.
