Warranty administrators can earn five continuing education units (CEUs) in January during a weeklong webinar series presented by Greg Dewalt, Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) education director.
The webinar will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. EST Jan. 11-15, and will help define the warranty administrator position and their role within the dealership. Registration is free to PRVCA members and $125 for non-members.
Attendees will learn how to collect the dealer’s warranty labor and parts, create a streamlined process, build best warranty administration practices, maximize warranty processing and build transparent warranty reporting.
The CEUs will be earned following the course and assessment completion, and are applicable to warranty administrators certified through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
