Priority One Financial Services, a full-service finance company for marine, RV and trailer dealers, recently was named among the Tampa Bay region’s 2023 Best Places to Work.
The annual Tampa Bay Business Journal award honors “companies that have made workplace culture, recruitment and employee retention a key pillar to their success.” Quantum Workplace conducted employee surveys on various workplace facets, like compensation, engagement, and trust in senior leadership. Quantum then measured and ranked Priority One against top regional companies based on a composite score.
This year marks the second consecutive year Priority One has been on the Best Places to Work list, and the fourth time in company history.
“We are incredibly honored to be named a Best Place to Work again this year,” said Heather Mariscal, president, Priority One. “We commit to our employees’ well-being, and it translates to true partnership and quality service for our dealers.”
More than 50% of Priority One’s staff have been employed for over five years, and nearly 30% for over 10 years.
