Owners and operators of member parks in the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) are getting new ways to access exclusive savings.

The association touted new services such as TenantMagic, which provides an online screening program that conducts guest background checks within RV parks and campgrounds. Park owners can protect guests and business with TenantMagic to run background checks to determine that guests do not have a criminal or sex offender history, and are financially viable.

“Owners using TenantMagic have told me that requiring a background screening with the application has allowed them to identify potential disruptive guests before they enter the park,” TenantMagic Chief Operating Officer Jay Apple said. “This results in more pleasant experience for all involved.”

In addition, ARVC members shopping at Lowe’s Home Improvement stores will be eligible to receive discounts. Lowe’s and the association will provide members with up to 10% savings on everyday purchases, along with bulk savings on contractor packs and large orders through LowesForPros.com

“ARVC members are always looking for new ways to save money at their parks, campgrounds or businesses that they can use to create a better guest experience at their parks,” ARVC President and CEO Paul Bambei said. “…These agreements offer owners/operators the ability to protect guests through background checks, save money on tools, equipment and supplies necessary for park improvements and provide extra revenue opportunities.”
