The Society of Certified RV Professionals recognized 22 individuals from nine dealerships who earned or renewed certifications this winter through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center Fixed Operations Certification Program.

Individuals who earned certification can participate in the society’s recognition program, which allows their achievements to be nationally publicized. Those participating in the recognition program are a subgroup of the 30 individuals who earned certification, the society stated.

“On behalf of the entire RV industry, we congratulate these professionals and their dealerships,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “These accomplishments are proof of their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Not only do they elevate our industry, but on an individual level, each joins an elite group of certified personnel who have successfully met high professional standards.”

Those in the recognition program who earned new certification are: Nancy Carpino (service manager), Emma Falbo (service manager), Kenneth Glover (parts manager), Krista Colburn (parts specialist), John Gerhardt (parts specialist), Chris Seider (parts specialist), Tamara Ward (parts specialist), Emily Alvarez (warranty administrator), Lauran Hollifield (warranty administrator), Bryanne Amrol (service writer/advisor), Tammy Birch (service writer/advisor), Ann Burdett (service writer/advisor), Scott Cye (service writer/advisor), Jake Farey (service writer/advisor), Curtis Johnson (service writer/advisor), Tyler Jones (service writer/advisor), Dennis Maravilla (service writer/advisor), Christopher Marx (service writer/advisor), Gabriella Rodriguez (service writer/advisor) and Kimberly Wood (service writer/advisor).

Those in the recognition program who renewed certifications are Jordan Benzel (parts specialist) and Matthew Gilman (service manager).

Fixed-ops professionals can earn certification as parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers and warranty administrators through the Learning Center, which offers online testing, certification and recertification.

“Recertifying and maintaining certification show an individual’s ongoing commitment to staying current in an industry driven by changing technology and high consumer expectations,” the Society of Certified RV Professionals stated.
