RV Technical Institute Now Hiring Tech Trainers

RVs are being produced and sold in record numbers to diverse demographic groups. The industry need more RV technicians to help consumers keep their units safe and operational. The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) is educating/certifying the RV technicians of tomorrow.

RVTI seeks talented technical trainers. Instructors provide technical demonstrations and hands-on training for current and future RV technicians.

New instructors will join a talented team of experienced instructors responsible for creating instruction material and course delivery techniques. They also develop, design and evaluate criteria for the Top Tech Challenge.

Full-time positions are available at RVTI’s Elkhart headquarters. This position requires a high school diploma degree and preferably an associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of experience as an RV technical instructor. Candidate should possess coaching skills. To view the full job description, click here.
