The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA), based in Elkhart Indiana, will hold two events to enlist new members and network in January at upcoming distributor shows.
On Jan. 8, Northern Wholesale Supply will sponsor an RVWA cocktail reception during the Northern Wholesale Trade Show in Red Wing, Minn. Then on Jan. 12, NTP-STAG will sponsor an RWVA cocktail reception during its The Expo event in Grapevine, Texas.
The receptions are free and open to RVWA members as well as all women and men in the RV industry who are interested in learning more about the RV Women’s Alliance.
The organization’s website states that its is vision is to:
“Elevate the roles and contributions women make to the RV Industry by promoting diversity and providing programs, resources and a collaborative environment.”
“What we are hearing from members is that RVWA provides a place for them to belong and support one another. These connections and opportunities to learn from women and men from across the RV industry is something unique and very valuable that RVWA brings to our members — and it is something that we are looking to really expand upon in the new year,” RVWA President Susan Carpenter said. “We are incredibly thankful to Northern Wholesale and NTP-STAG for sponsoring events during their upcoming shows. These events provide a venue not only for our current members to network, but also for women and men who are not yet members to come and learn more about our organization.”
