RVDA endorsed Better Vantage Point, LLC’s new program Safeguard Your Dealership.
Better Vantage Point is a dealership dispute, compliance and risk mitigation solutions company. The Safeguard Your Dealership program provided dealers with risk management and compliance assistance to help avoid workplace issues before they occur.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “The Safeguard Your Dealership program gives RVDA members access to an experienced risk management consultant who can take problems off the dealer’s desk and work to get them resolved.”
Consultant services include auditing trade practices, assistance in resolving consumer and business disputes and regulatory agency notice response. The program also includes human resource functions such as employee handbook development and department operations guides.
“We can fill in gaps for dealers who may not have this type of expertise on staff,” said Tom Kline, Better Vantage Point lead consultant and founder. “I look forward to working with RV dealers to help prevent and resolve issues so they can focus their valuable time more productively on core dealership operations.”
