RVDA Expo Offers Customer Service Workshops

The RV Dealers Virtual Convention/Expo is highlighting first-time RV buyers through on-demand educational sessions.

RV dealers report that 50 percent or more of RV purchases are from first-time buyers in 2020, RVDA stated.

“The on-demand sessions are an ideal way to educate and reinforce sound customer service practices as the industry welcomes an unprecedented number of first-time buyers,” President Phil Ingrassia stated.

The convention’s virtual platform provides a cost-effective way to provide professional development to new and experienced employees, RVDA stated. In addition to more than 40 on-demand sessions covering dealer operations, vendor booths are open for attendees throughout the on-demand portion of the convention/expo, which closes Jan. 31.

In this session, Rees discusses how to care for and retain first-time RVers.
