RVDA recognized 10 manufacturers for earning the highest ratings in the 26th annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.

DSI included ratings from dealers who expressed their satisfaction levels confidentially regarding manufacturers’ reliability and quality, parts, warranty and sales.

“The DSI Quality Circle Awards recognizes top-rated manufacturers in several important areas of dealer and customer support,” RVDA Board Chairman Chris Andro stated. “Thanks to all the dealers who responded to the survey and congratulations to the manufacturers who were recognized this year.”

The towable RV manufacturers/brands that received awards were Airstream, Cruiser RV, Dutchmen, East to West, Forest River, Grand Design and Palomino.

Airstream, Coachmen, Leisure Travel Vans/Triple E, Newmar and Tiffin Motorhomes earned the motorized awards.

Quality Circle Awards were awarded to brands and manufacturers that received at least 15 dealer responses and scored 4.25 or above on a five-point dealer satisfaction scale.

Motor home builder Pleasure-Way and towable manufacturer Venture received ratings of above 4.25 but only 14 dealer responses. Each company was awarded with a DSI Honorable Mention.

RVDA received responses from 340 U.S. and Canada dealership locations, providing a total of 2,164 brand ratings – averaging more than six per dealer.
