Ryan Estis, keynote speaker for the 2025 RVDA Convention/Expo, has released a video inviting dealers to this year’s event.
The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 10-14 at Paris Las Vegas.

During his keynote address, “The Art of Standing Out: Leveraging Remarkable Experiences and Experimentation to Create Brand Evangelism,” Estis will explore how category-leading companies have cracked the code to meet evolving customer expectations through people, aligning employees around a common purpose, and empowering them to deliver the extraordinary.
RVDA said attendees will gain a fresh understanding of how putting customers at the center of business strategy can profoundly impact dealership performance.
