
RVDA made several employee changes that the association said are designed to strengthen member services and support the organization’s strategic priorities.
The updates include internal promotions to enhance various member support and education initiatives.
Key updates include:
- Tiana Escalante has been promoted to accounting operations manager. Escalante will take on additional duties that provide budgeting and financial services support for RVDA, the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and the RV Assistance Corp.
- Yasmine Motaleb has been promoted to education manager. Motaleb will enhance her focus on online fixed-operations training, certification programs and educational workshop support at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
- Samantha Pinto has been promoted to dealer member services manager. Pinto will support member retention and recruitment, benefit programs, the Go RVing Dealer Program and RVDA/RV Learning Center outreach at industry events.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “These changes position RVDA to better serve our members and the industry. Congratulations to Tiana, Yasmine and Samantha, who will continue to improve RVDA’s ability to deliver critical programs and resources for members.”
