RV sales and management trainer Jered Sobel will offer tips about onboarding new employees for any size dealership at this year’s RVDA Convention/Expo.
The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 7-11, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
During his workshop “Effective Strategies for Onboarding New Hires” at 10 a.m. Nov. 9, Sobel will discuss strategies for working with new hires and helping them “get up to speed in an efficient manner.”
Sobel will examine how onboarding systems start within the hiring process. He will share how to integrate culture, duties and responsibilities into onboard training. He will discuss how scalable systems help management.

- How to make sure new hires respect the job and opportunity
