RVDA Pushes for Year-end RV Learning Center Donations

RVDA is requesting that businesses looking for an end of year tax deduction consider the Mike Molino RV Learning Center for a donation. The learning center is designated as a 501 (c)(3) which makes donations to the organization tax deductible.

RVDA President Phil Ingrassia says a year-end donation equates to an investment in the professional development of RV dealership employees on a national scale. Dealership employees being well trained equate to the overall success of the industry by providing a better RVing experience for consumers.

“The centers’ goal is to provide affordable learning opportunities for front-line personnel throughout the dealership,” Ingrassia says. “A donation or pledge enables the center to offer a variety of resources, including webinars, training materials, readiness tests, and fixed operations certification.”

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is a leading resource for publications, certification programs, online learning and live workshops designed exclusively for RV dealership staff.

Ingrassia says from college scholarships to training programs for young RV executives, the center provides useful information and resources for all RV dealership departments. Without annual financial support from industry businesses, Ingrassia says, the center cannot continue to meet the training needs of an industry.
