RVIA announced its Regulatory and Safety Compliance Seminar (formerly titled, “NHTSA Seminar”) will return in person in September.

Last year’s event was conducted virtually.

This year’s seminar will be from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET on Sept. 8 at the Crystal Ballroom at the Lerner Theatre in Elkhart, Indiana.

The seminar will focus on:

  • NHTSA and Transport Canada labeling requirements
  • How to improve recall completion rates
  • The basics of Early Warning Reporting (EWR) requirements.

Josh Neff and Alex Ansley of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration will conduct a keynote presentation. A panel consisting of industry compliance veterans will then provide attendees the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. Light breakfast will be provided.

Registration to the RVIA members-only event is free and open through Sept. 1.

Event sponsors include Forest River Inc., Thor Industries, Winnebago Industries, Lippert, and Dave Carter & Associates.

Companies interested in sponsoring can contact Kyle Correa-Brady at [email protected].
