RVIA Presentation to Examine Next RVer Generation

RVIA experts will host a presentation in Elkhart, Indiana, to discuss RVIA’s latest research on campgrounds, RV buyers and their path to purchase.

The event will begin at 9 a.m. ET April 26 at the Crystal Ballroom of Lerner Theater. The presentation also will address current market conditions and what this all means for the future of the RV industry.

RVIA Executive Vice President James Ashurst will moderate the discussion. Speakers include Go RVing Chief Marketing Officer Karen Redfern, RVIA Vice President of Membership & Research Bill Baker, RVTI Executive Director Curt Hemmeler and ITR Economics Senior Economist and Econ Manager Eric Post.

Topics will include:

  • Changing RV buyers’ demographics
  • What RVers want from campgrounds and how this compares with the current public and private campground campsite inventory
  • RV buyers’ “path to purchase”
  • Service’s role in RVer retention
  • Current market conditions analysis, including inflation, supply chain and international conditions
  • How research and data are fueling targeted marketing campaigns
  • The new Go RVing brand and media plan
