RVIA Sets 2026 Leadership Conference Dates

RVIA’s 2026 Leadership Conference will occur March 10-12. The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Austin, Texas.

The Leadership Conference brings together top-tier executive management and next-generation leaders from all RV industry segments.

The conference will feature keynote addresses, panels, networking and leadership development. RVIA said the sessions and panels are designed to nurture talent, provide a space for developing a deeper understanding of critical industry issues, and connect with the next generation of RV industry leaders.

RV industry manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, campgrounds, media and marketing leaders are invited.

The attendee registration rate is $795, which includes all sessions, speakers, meals, activities and networking events. The event begins March 10 with a welcome reception from 6-8 p.m. Conference sessions will be conducted March 11 and March 12, with the Leadership Conference wrapping up after a closing reception from 5:30-7:30 p.m. March 12.

The 2025 Leadership Conference in March was led by keynote presentations from author Dustin Kaehr, comedian and podcaster Chris Duffy and best-selling author David Epstein. Crisis communication strategist Molly McPherson was among the conference’s motivational speakers.

The conference included a CEO panel discussion featuring Blue Compass RV President and CEO Jon Ferrando, Grand Design President and CEO Don Clark and Thetford Executive Vice President and RVIA Chairman Mary Pouliot.
