Siblings are ‘Heros of Hope’ in Care Camps Spotlight

A picture of Angelina in Care Camps story

For 14-year-old Angelina, the melting snow means much more than spring – it gives her and Mario, her brother, a chance to find “happiness” through Care Camps’ oncology program. Angelina’s story is spotlighted in the charity’s Dometic-sponsored storytelling series, “Hero of Hope.”

In Hardwick, New Jersey, the siblings share the highlight of their summer together and “borderline pester” their mother to register them at the special camp they attend, Happiness is Camping.

Care Camps helps support 135 of the locations for kids with cancer, hosting thousands each year.
