The Society of Certified RV Professionals recognized 24 individuals from 10 participating dealerships who earned a new certification, and two individuals that renewed their certification during the first quarter of 2023 through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center Fixed Operations Certification Program.

Recognition program participants are part of the 42 individuals from 21 dealerships who earned certification.

“On behalf of the entire RV industry, we congratulate these professionals and their dealerships,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “These accomplishments are proof of their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Not only do they elevate our industry, but on an individual level, each joins an elite group of certified personnel who have successfully met high professional standards.”

The program participants are: Scott Bittner (service writer/advisor), Jon Bornhoeft (service writer/advisor), Andrew Kulpinski (service writer/advisor), Gregory Habina               (service writer/advisor), James Bartosh (service writer/advisor), Scotty Budig (service writer/advisor & parts specialist), Caleb Peters (service writer/advisor), Donald Carr (service writer/advisor & warranty administrator), Angelo Kawanna (service writer/advisor), Karen Souders (warranty administrator), Misty Burkhart (warranty administrator), Kevin Huber (warranty administrator), Carrie Walker (warranty administrator), Alyssa Smith (warranty administrator), Ashley Tomlin (warranty administrator), Rob Roarke (parts specialist), Joshua Hagadone (parts specialist), Jonathan Dillow (parts specialist & parts manager), Andrew Frisbie (parts specialist), Jolene Grothe (parts specialist), Adam O’Donnell (parts specialist), Jennifer Wilson (parts specialist), Tony True (parts specialist), and Beverly Massman (parts specialist).

Wendy Queen (recertified warranty administrator) and Jolyn Kay Cartwright (recertified parts specialist) renewed their certification.

Fixed-ops professionals can earn certification as parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers and warranty administrators through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. The center’s credentials were developed by experts at The Ohio State University’s Center for Education and Training for Employment and a team of demographically diverse working professionals. Suppliers, distributors, dealer-owners and manufacturers were involved in developing the programs.

Fixed operations personnel who are trained and certified become more efficient, which improves a dealership’s Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) and leads to higher customer satisfaction, the society said.
