SuperSprings International (SSI), a suspension solutions supplier, has promoted Adam Weisner, formally chief commercial officer, to president.

Weisner has been functionally driving SSI’s direction and revenue since August 2021, SSI said.

The company previously restructured to include five distinct business units all reporting to Weisner. Weisner continues to run the daily business.

Weisner reports to Gerry Lamberti, who will remain the company chairman and CEO.

“I have never been so excited about the future of SuperSprings International as I am now,” Lamberti said.

Since joining the company four years ago, Weisner has driven rapid growth and streamlined the company to be nimble in the face of a global pandemic and consequent economic inflation, SSI said.

During his four years, company revenue nearly tripled, net profits almost quadrupled and multiple RV manufacturer OEM relationships have been established, the company said.

“We have all witnessed the impact that Adam has had on the leadership in the company and the magnificent changes he has implemented so successfully,” Lamberti said.

In 2021, the company experienced record-breaking growth for the third year in a row, recording full-year growth of 39%, SSI said.

“The last four years have been an incredible journey,” Weisner said. “I am humbled and grateful to everyone at SSI and especially to Gerry for placing his trust in me to help lead the company in this next chapter.”

Incorporated in 1996, SSI suspension solutions are manufactured at facilities throughout the U.S. and assembled at the company headquarters in Carpinteria, California. SSI products are used as standard equipment in multiple industries including RV and commercial segments. SSI has locations in California and Idaho. Access more information about SSI.
