KZ Recreational Vehicles, a Thor Industries subsidiary, has finished constructing a 75,000-square-foot customer service welcome center. The company said it built the center to enhance its existing customer service experience.

“It is extremely important to us to be able to take care of our dealer partners and customers alike, because we know that without them, we would not be where we are today,” said Sean Andrews, KZ’s service operations vice president. “We are thankful for their support and their business and wanted to do something to reflect our gratitude.”

The center includes a 30,000-square-foot warehouse space, a 12,000-square-foot welcome center, a 33,000-square-foot full-service repair facility, a customer lounge and a camping area.

According to the company, the warehouse area can house three times more parts than KZ was previously able to store.

“We are continually searching for new ways to improve and this was something that we felt would add value to (customer’s) experience,” Andrews said.
