Ultra-Fab is launching updated versions of the Power Mover for use in moving travel trailers, fifth wheels and gooseneck trailers around the lot or in the showroom.

Ultra-Fab’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing Raymond Padgett said the machines move the needle on safety, speed and sanity.

“How many tongue jacks does your staff destroy every year? How many trailers get dented? How many backs get thrown out,” Padgett said. “Forklifts were not designed to move travel trailers, fifth wheels or goosenecks. Our Power Movers were. They are simply the safest way to move units around the lot—period.”

The company said the Power Mover 5900 is a compact, nimble and easy to operate machine designed for moving trailers with either a 2-inch or 2-5/16-inch hitch ball.

The larger of the two, the Power Mover 7900, can be used for moving fifth wheel trailers and gooseneck trailers.

Ultra-Fab said it has sold Power Movers for years. Previously, every unit was a custom order. Dealers can now order base units off the shelf and add accessories.

“We did not just simplify ordering, we weaponized convenience,” Padgett said. “These machines are built to move trailers safely, quickly and without drama. And you can customize them to fit your specific needs.”
