Truma has scheduled multiple service technician training events on its heating and water system during the winter and spring months of 2020. Training will primarily be held at the new Truma Education Center at 2800 Harman Dr. in Elkhart, Indiana with additional sessions held at various locations throughout North America.
During the eight-hour AquaGo/Combi Service Training session, the first half of the day will be dedicated to a classroom presentation as well as hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the Truma Combi. The second half will follow the same blueprint for the Truma AquaGo.
Technicians will qualify for eight hours towards RVIA re-certification with a passing grade on an evaluation test given at the end of the day.
Technicians will also be authorized to perform warranty work on Truma systems as well as additional high level repairs (such as AquaGo mixing vessel replacements) upon successful completion of this course.
