Venture RV’s Sonic X ultra-lite travel trailer brand will feature BAL RV Products’ NXG Chassis with an independent suspension system.

The upgraded chassis will increase ground clearance, which Venture RV said enhances off-road capabilities and protects the travel trailer’s integrity.

“We are excited to be able to add this feature to the Sonic X brand,” said Dave Boggs, general manager of Venture RV. “We are constantly searching for new ways to enhance the customer experience, and this suspension system is the next step in enabling campers to bring their RV over rougher terrain, giving them the peace of mind to adventure even farther.”

The suspension system enables consumers to adjust the RV’s height. The suspension system includes Dexter Axle’s coil-over shocks and torsion axles. Each RV axle functions independently, preserving torsion axles’ advantages, Venture RV said.

The Sonic X brand offers two floorplans. Standard packages include the Sonic Xtreme Solar Package, Off-Road Package, Storage System and Weather-Shield Package. Amenities such as dual 250-amp-hour lithium batteries, an outdoor garage storage system and a heated and enclosed underbelly are available in Sonic X models.
