A partnership between the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Windham School District, and RV Technical Institute led to the first class of incarcerated students in the nation graduating as Level One RV Technicians.

As the third-fastest growing career in the nation, RV technicians are needed all across Texas. These 10 graduates, all within one year of release, will be able to use their knowledge, certifications, and educational experience to obtain a job in this high-demand field upon release to their Texas communities.
