Way Grows Service Teams to Support OEM and Aftermarket Customers

Way Interglobal has made several new hires and promotions in its service teams.

“As our business continues to grow with new products, more RV manufacturer relationships, and increased aftermarket sales,” Vice President of Operations Chris Greer said, “we have responded by adding to our office and field service teams to best support this growth. Our field service teams are especially crucial in working with our OEM customers in their facilities to understand their needs, tailor our products to their requirements, and help with installation and maintenance.”

Hunt brings an engineer’s expertise and customer service experience to support the company’s partners, Way said in a press release. Steve Holt has also been hired to the team as a field technician, joining existing techs Tommy Willy and Charles Wheeler working in the office and on location with customers providing technical advice and hands-on support. Nathan Gotshall has been hired as Way’s new supply chain lead.

Additionally, Jasmine Teifert and Morgan Robinson have been promoted to warranty manager and aftermarket coordinator, respectively. Teifert and Robinson have been with Way for a number of years.

Way CEO Wayne Kaylor said, “I’m excited about the new team members we’ve added and the internal promotions we’ve made to these important teams at Way. As I talk with our customers, they continually comment on how valuable this support service is to their operations and I look forward to the continued growth in this area.”
