Way Interglobal Adds Manager, Promotes Another

Way Interglobal promoted Betsy Hershberger to warranty manager and hired Kayla Ault as its new customer service manager.

Hershberger joined Way earlier in the year. In her new role, Hershberger’s responsibilities will include reviewing all warranty claims, providing final approvals, reviewing warranty costs, monitoring product failure trends and helping to expedite solutions, the company said.

“We are thrilled to promote Betsy and know she will do an excellent job as our warranty manager,” said Wayne Kaylor, Way founder and CEO. “She has shown us what a dedicated and hardworking part of the Way team she has been over the last several months. We know she will continue to grow with our company and be a great asset for our customers as we look to deliver the best possible customer experience.”

Hershberger has an extensive background in warranty and customer service roles.

Ault began her role in early October. Ault previously was a customer service representative and manager, overseeing day-to-day service operations while improving processes and efficiencies.
