Way Interglobal is adding new supply chain, finance and marketing members to its team in conjunction with the supplier’s stated internal growth.

Nick Hamm is the company’s new supply chain analyst, focusing on Way’s refrigerators, microwaves and range product lines. Hamm spent the last four years with Ryder Transportation.

“Nick is a perfect fit for our company,” Way CEO Wayne Kaylor said. “With his leadership skills and drive for continuous improvement, he will be an excellent addition to our supply chain team.”

Hamm is a northwest Indiana native with a degree in supply chain management and logistics from Ball State University.

“I have been looking for an exciting opportunity in [the] supply chain, and I believe I have found that at Way,” Hamm said. “It is hard to find a company culture like we have here, so I am very motivated to jump in and help the company continue growing.”

Way is expanding its internal marketing and communications team with Douglas DiLillo, the company’s new content strategist. DiLillo will help accelerate the supplier’s content-focused initiatives.

“I am thrilled to be joining Way and helping to communicate our expertise and trusted leadership in our industry,” DiLillo said. “Through our efforts, we can provide better information about our products and be a resource for all things RV-related.”

DiLillo spent the last decade in various marketing roles with a focus on manufacturing and industrial businesses. Way noted the company placed an increased emphasis on content and its role with OEM customers, dealer partners, product owners and general business. Initiatives such as Way’s Boondocking series provide end-users a “deeper knowledge” to benefit the most from RV experiences.

“We want to help RV manufacturers, dealers, and enthusiasts and provide them with answers to their most pressing questions,” Kaylor said. “We have a team of people here with decades of experience and knowledge about our industry, and we can’t wait to share more and more with our community.”

Jennifer Wagner has joined Way’s finance team as accounts payable manager. Her primary responsibilities will involve freight accounts management and assisting with supply chain logistics.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Way team and taking on a new challenge,” Wagner said.

The company noted she brings more than a decade of RV experience in financial and administrative roles.

“We are very excited for Jen’s addition,” said Stuart Blackburn, Way VP of finance. “We believe bringing her on will help facilitate our rapid growth and will support our efforts to add depth and perspective to our team.”
