Winnebago Industries announced winners of its 2020 Flying W Dealer Excellence Award at the its dealer meeting in Palm Springs, California, this week. The award recognizes top dealerships for service excellence and superior owner satisfaction.
“We are thrilled to be awarding dealerships with The Flying W Dealer Excellence award for the program’s second year,” said Dean Casad, Director, Customer Support – Winnebago Motorhomes. “This program speaks directly to our mission of delivering an unsurpassed customer experience. We congratulate this year’s winning dealers and appreciate their dedication to raise the customer-satisfaction bar for Winnebago product owners.”
All Winnebago dealers are eligible to receive the Flying W Dealer Excellence Award. Scores are based on results from purchase and delivery, along with warranty service experience surveys from Winnebago owners.
The 2020 Flying W Award recognizes the top third of Winnebago dealers, with special Platinum recognition for the 12 dealers rated highest in customer satisfaction during the program period from Feb. 2019 to Feb. 2020.
All Flying W Award winners receive promotional materials and Flying W Dealer identification for the next year.
