The 2026 NTP-Stag Expo began in earnest Tuesday evening when the show floor opened and thousands of attendees made their way through the doors to the cheers of green-clad NTP-Stag employees.

RV distributor consolidation continued this week. Meyer Distributing has acquired certain assets of Northern Wholesale Supply. Meyer Distributing has a warehouse in Newport, Minnesota, but Meyer Vice President of Sales Cody Ziegler said the company will consolidate its warehouse with Northern Wholesale Supply’s Lino Lakes, Minnesota, operations. Northern Wholesale Supply opened a 110,000-square-foot facility in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, in 2022.

Dealership sales revenue increased in 2025, according to Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) Data Innovation Manager Don Miller. The annual increase was dealers’ first in four years. Miller shared other positive industry signs Thursday during IDS’ webinar “Dealership Industry Insights: Data-Driven RV Sales and Service Trends for 2026.”

Coachmen RV will continue to explore new chassis options for the all-electric RVEX, but General Manager Zach Eppers said there are no 2026 production plans. Eppers said the company decided not to display the RV at this month’s Florida RV SuperShow in Tampa. He added there are no plans to include RVEX at any 2026 RV show.

LKQ Corp. is exploring a potential sale of its Specialty segment. The Specialty segment is comprised of NTP-Stag, SeaWide Distribution, Keystone Automotive Operations Inc. and the Earl Owen Company, an LKQ source confirmed. LKQ President and CEO Justin Jude said the Specialty segment is a strong business supported by an exceptional team.

Dealers and suppliers described the Keller Marine & RV team as amazing, supportive and a breath of fresh air when they met this week. Show attendees agreed that working with the distributor is a partnership rather than a traditional business arrangement.

Campers Inn closed on the purchase of assets and land related to 13 former Lazydays stores. Lazydays said in an SEC filing that Campers Inn paid approximately $231.6 million for the combined assets and land related to the stores.

A group of industry experts recently discussed Artificial Intelligence’s (AI) use in the RV industry. Ron Wheeler led the panel. Wheeler said the development of new technology in the RV industry is nothing new. He said dealers’ feelings about AI are probably similar to what they were feeling at the onset of the internet and online listings.
