
Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Co. (GDRV), a subsidiary of Winnebago Industries, unveiled Grand Design Nation, a new digital resource to enhance customer engagement.
The Middlebury, Indiana, fifth wheel and travel trailer manufacturer will release informational content and videos from lifestyle and goodwill ambassadors and influencers. These RV owners will share their lives, travels, how-to tips and RV modification suggestions through various social platforms.
“In addition to our existing Lifestyle and Goodwill Ambassadors we have had for nearly three years,” said Emily Stahley, GDRV director of customer experience, “we will bring on a minimum of five more families set to impact our Grand Design family’s growth.”
GDRV, which was founded in 2012, stated it created Grand Design Nation to create community and provide direct information from RV owners. “We are incredibly excited to grow this program,” Stahley said. “We believe that the influx of people documenting their travel experiences, modifications, and educational pieces on social platforms has changed how people decide to invest in a product.”
