RVIA’s Emerging Leaders Coalition will bring together top-level management as well as next-generation leaders from RV manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and campgrounds for a new conference March 15-18, 2023, in Phoenix.
Conference attendees will stay at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa for two days of networking, leadership development and motivational speakers. Conference content will be designed to help nurture talent from across the industry, RVIA said, providing a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues, and connect the industry’s next generation of leaders.
