Camping World Holdings, Inc. is acquiring Pan Pacific RV Center. The company expects the deal to close in the second quarter.
With the addition of the two Pan Pacific RV Center dealerships, Camping World will own 20 California locations. The French Camp facility is located at 252 W. Yettner Road on Interstate 5 south of Stockton. The Morgan Hill facility is located at 16695 Condit Road on Highway 101 south of San Jose.
“Pan Pacific RV Center has been serving the RV consumer in northern California for over 50 years,” said Marcus Lemonis, Camping World chairman and CEO. “and brings an experienced team to our company as we continue our rapid pace of growth in one of America’s largest RV markets.”
The locations will offer new and used RVs in addition to RV and outdoor products, accessories and Good Sam products and services.
