Camping World has closed on asset and real estate purchases of Crain RV. The dealership has locations in Little Rock and Springdale, Arkansas.

Camping World said the company will complete facility renovations at each state. Once finished, one site will reopen as Forest River RV Little Rock while the other will be Alliance RV Northwest Arkansas.

Both stores fulfill the company’s mission, announced in June, of opening manufacturer-exclusive stores under the Camping World brand umbrella.

Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said, “As we continue our rapid pace of growth and drive towards 320 plus dealerships, these locations are an example of widening our acquisition funnel by identifying targets that allow for conversion to manufacturer-exclusive locations.”
