Power supplier Rich Solar has come a long way since its 2005 founding. Today, the company said it is at the precipice of immense RV industry growth.

Rich Solar Marketing Manager Brandon Martinez said that four years ago, Rich Solar’s products went viral. A YouTube RV influencer compared the supplier’s solar panels to competitors in a video. The influencer found the panels to be strong and reliable, while costing less than competitors’.

Martinez said the video introduced the company to a larger audience. He said the company continues to produce high-quality solar panels at competitive prices.

“Our research and development team prioritizes proven, reliable technology and avoids unnecessary complexity that can drive up costs without adding real value,” he said. “By refining designs over time, and working closely with trusted manufacturing partners, we are able to deliver solar panels that perform on par with leading competitors while keeping pricing accessible.”

The company said its goal is not to be the cheapest option, but to offer the best overall value.

“[We] balance performance, reliability and cost,” Martinez said, “so energy independence is within reach for more RV and off-grid users.”

Rich Solar makes other power solutions products, including lithium batteries, inverters, charge controllers and system components. The company’s design improvements primarily come from consumers’ feedback.

“The best products are made by listening to the people who actually use them with proven results,” Martinez said. “From RV owners and van builders to marine installers and off-grid homeowners, customer feedback directly influences product design and improvements.”

Over the next several months, the company is focused on expanding its product lineup with new and improved designs.

Martinez said, “We are just getting started in 2026 as we prepare to provide our community even more ways to enhance their off-grid life.”

Martinez said the company’s new Nova Series Inverters line is a major focus. The line expands with the new Nova 2,000-watt and 3,000-watt Supercharger series inverters. The supplier will also update its Nova 2,000-watt and 3,000-watt Switch inverters.

The pure sine wave inverters include built-in transfer switch functionality. Martinez said consumers have frequently requested the feature.

“We are also responding to a clear shift in the RV industry toward UL-certified products,” Martinez said. “RV owners, installers and OEMs are increasingly looking for equipment that meets higher safety and compliance standards. We are committed to supporting that demand by offering UL-certified solutions across our products, including solar panels, inverters and batteries that are purpose-built for RV use.”
