Ross Pantano, national sales director with Vision Management Group, and Anthony Fiorillo, president and CEO of Vision Management Group, will discuss the importance of adhering to best practices at the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
Pantano and Fiorillo are first-time presenters at the event. Their workshop is a part of the F&I track at the Convention/Expo.
The “F&I Best Practices” seminar will begin at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 9. The duo will cover how an F&I professional can ensure a successful “turn” in the business office. Included in the 45-minute presentation will be proper turnovers from sales to F&I, introductions, the 300% rule, menus presentations and compliance.
