Four years after starting manufacturing, Alliance RV is preparing to grow.

The manufacturer said Monday it acquired 37 acres of land contiguous to its existing Elkhart campus. The acquisition positions Alliance RV to expand its manufacturing capacity by 50%.

Alliance RV co-founder Coley Brady said: “Our commitment from day one was to grow Alliance RV in a deliberate and responsible manner while maintaining unparalleled product quality and ensuring the best possible customer ownership experience through exceptional customer service. The acquisition of this land will allow us to continue to execute on those objectives.”

The addition will bring Alliance’s campus to nearly 150 acres. The manufacturer will open a new production line, scheduled to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2023, to increase its square footage under roof to over 800,000 square feet. The 37 acres will support an additional 400,000 square feet.

Co-founder Ryan Brady said: “Our growth has been made possible from the unwavering dedication of our 600-plus team members, our incredible dealer and supplier partners, and the over 10,000 retail customers who have been on this path of growth with us. This strategic land purchase will solidify our independent market position and support the next chapter of Alliance RV.”
