The Eden Resort in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, will overflow with instruction Feb. 20-21. The fifth annual Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA) Leadership Conference will provide insight into performance management.

The conference is the second course in a five-part leadership series presented by the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

PRVCA Executive Director Heather Leach said, “The leadership series is a great opportunity for all of our members to improve their managerial and leadership skills. Whether it is a small family campground or a large dealership, all leaders deal with similar issues and will benefit from these seminars.”

Katie Ecker will lead instruction using real-world examples and participant experience.

The learning begins Feb. 20 with breakfast at 8 a.m. followed by a workshop on “Creating a Climate of Motivation and Engagement.” After lunch at noon, the “Shaping Performance Expectations” session will run until 4 p.m. A Happy Hour will provide networking from 5 to 6 p.m.

Feb. 21 begins with breakfast at 8 a.m. and a session on “Developing Performance Coaching Techniques.” After lunch, the final seminar on “Addressing Difficult Performance Situations” will be presented.

PRVCA members can attend the conference for free. To register, click here. Non-members can contact the PRVCA office at 717-303-0295 to become a member.
