Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) will unveil a new floorplan for its mid-size Pla 450 line at the Florida RV SuperShow in Tampa.
The toy hauler’s two previous floorplans were just under 25 feet long. The new Pla 450-2415 front bunk house layout is just over 29 feet.
The Pla 450-2415 has a larger garage. The garage was extended from 8 feet or 10.5 feet to 15 feet.
ATC Marketing Operations Manager Kaylie Null Miller said the new floorplan was shown to dealers at the Elkhart Extravaganza in September 2025, but the Florida show will be consumers’ first look.
“Our theme this year will be strongly focused on ‘It’s Time for a Change,’” Miller said. “We believe our construction quality and customer support exceeds other offerings in the industry, and we will be telling that story at the SuperShow.”
The new layout features a standard wet bath. An optional dry bath layout is available.
The Pla 450-2415 weighs 5,600 pounds dry and has a 4,390-pound carrying capacity. The garage is 86 inches wide, enabling hauling standard-sized utility terrain vehicles (UTV) and small cars.
The RV features a 50-gallon freshwater tank and 45-gallon gray and black water tanks.
The ATC trailer includes a 19,000 BTU furnace and a 15,000 BTU air conditioner.
The Pla 450-245 features a HappiJac queen bed in the garage with bunks at the RV’s front.
The new floorplan sleeps three to five and includes options such as smart TVs, deck packages and off-road tires.
