Expion360 Inc., an RV supplier of lithium batteries and accessories, conducted its initial public offering (IPO) this week. The company trades on the NASDAQ market under the ticker symbol “XPON.”
On April 1, Expion360 announced it would make 2.145 million stock shares available at $7 a share. Public offering underwriters were granted a 45-day option to buy up to 321,750 more shares at the IPO price to cover over-allotments.
On Tuesday, Expion360 closed the initial offering.
The company is run by John Yozamp, the CEO since Expion360 launched in 2016. Yozamp is the former Zamp Solar founder and owner and has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, the company stated.
Expion360 has over 175 customers, including dealers, wholesalers and original equipment manufacturers. The company is based in Redmond, Oregon.
