Best-selling author and marketing executive Kevin Brown will deliver the keynote address during the opening general session of the 2024 RVDA Convention/Expo Nov. 12, at the Paris Las Vegas.
Brown has more than two decades of experience as a sales and marketing executive. He worked at Servpro, where he contributed to the cleaning and restoration company’s transition from a small family business into a multi-billion-dollar company.
Brown has more than 30 years of experience in franchising, including roles in brand management, culture, events, franchise sales and development.
Brown is the author of “The Hero Effect” and “Unleashing Your Hero.” Brown graced the Global Guru’s list of the Top 30 Motivational Speakers in the world for 2024.
Brown is known for creating The Hero Effect, a philosophy that distinguishes world-class organizations and high-performance individuals from the rest. He has taught the philosophy across the world since 2016. The Hero Effect encourages people to be their best in the moments that matter.
RVDA said Brown is passionate about helping people expand their vision, develop their potential and grow their results.
