Blue Ox promoted two key executives in moves the supplier said strengthened its commitment to innovation and excellent service.

Paul Choquette is the company’s new vice president of operations after serving as the director of operations the past three years. Justin Parrott is the Canada regional manager/national trainer after two years as a national trainer.

CEO Mike Hesse said: “Paul and Justin’s promotions signal our commitment to internal growth and enduring promise to serve our customers with unparalleled excellence. Their vast experiences will fortify our brand’s promise and innovation in the towing equipment sector.”

Choquette has been with Blue Ox for 14 years since his hiring out of college. He has served as a draftsperson, project engineer and engineering manager before being named director of operations in 2020.

Blue Ox said his exceptional accomplishments include guiding a plant expansion, initiating a new paint line start-up, navigating supply-chain challenges, and recently spearheading the company’s latest fifth wheel hitch development and patenting.

In his new position, Choquette will lead plant operations and oversee supply-chain challenges, playing a pivotal role in Blue Ox’s product trajectory.

Parrott began as a product trainer in May 2021, quickly advancing to national trainer, a testament Blue Ox said to his proficiency and dedication. With over 20 years of dealership experience, coupled with his deep knowledge from the training side, Blue Ox said Parrott is primed to offer exemplary service and support for all Canada’s Blue Ox needs.
